What the app itself collects: nothing. DecoPlan does not require an account and has no servers of its own. Dive plans, equipment kits, exposure settings, the dive log and settings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded by the app. The app does not access your location or contacts.
Certifications. You may add your diver certifications and attach a scan (JPG, PNG or PDF) that you pick yourself. The scan is copied into the app's private storage on the device, is never uploaded anywhere and is deleted when you remove it or uninstall the app. A certification you upload yourself is shown as "self-uploaded"; the app does not verify it with any agency.
Garmin Connect (optional). If you choose to import dives, you sign in with your Garmin account. Your e-mail and password are sent over an encrypted connection only to Garmin's sign-in service; the password is not stored. Garmin returns access tokens, which are kept on the device until you sign out. The app then downloads your dive activities (date, depth, duration, water temperature and the start coordinates recorded by the watch) into the local dive log. Nothing is sent to the developer. Garmin's handling of your account is governed by Garmin's privacy policy. Signing out deletes the tokens; imported dives remain in the local log until you delete them.
Advertising (free version). After the 30-day trial the free version shows banner advertising served by Google AdMob. Google may collect the advertising ID of the device, coarse location derived from the IP address, information about ad interactions and diagnostic data, and may use it to serve and measure ads. Google's practices are described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Where required (for example in the EEA and the UK) a consent form is shown before ads are loaded. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings, and DecoPlan Pro removes advertising entirely.
Purchases. DecoPlan Pro is sold through Google Play Billing. Payment details are handled by Google; the app only receives confirmation that a purchase is active.
Children. The app is intended for adults trained in diving and is not directed to children under 18.
Changes. Updates to this policy are published at this address with a new effective date.

Приложение само не собирает данные. Аккаунт не нужен, собственных серверов у приложения нет. Планы, комплекты оборудования, экспозиция, дайвлог и настройки хранятся только на устройстве и приложением никуда не передаются. Приложение не обращается к местоположению и контактам.
Сертификаты. Вы можете добавить свои сертификаты дайвера и приложить скан (JPG, PNG или PDF), который выбираете сами. Скан копируется в закрытое хранилище приложения на устройстве, никуда не выгружается и удаляется вместе с записью или при удалении приложения. Загруженный вами сертификат отмечается как «загружен пользователем»; приложение не проверяет его в ассоциациях.
Garmin Connect (по желанию). Для импорта погружений вы входите в свой аккаунт Garmin. Электронная почта и пароль передаются по шифрованному соединению только в сервис входа Garmin; пароль не сохраняется. Garmin возвращает токены доступа, они хранятся на устройстве до выхода из аккаунта. Затем приложение загружает ваши погружения (дата, глубина, длительность, температура воды и координаты начала, записанные часами) в локальный дайвлог. Разработчику ничего не передаётся. Обращение Garmin с вашим аккаунтом регулируется политикой конфиденциальности Garmin. Выход из аккаунта удаляет токены; импортированные погружения остаются в дайвлоге, пока вы их не удалите.
Реклама (бесплатная версия). После 30-дневного пробного периода бесплатная версия показывает баннеры Google AdMob. Google может собирать рекламный идентификатор устройства, приблизительное местоположение по IP-адресу, данные о взаимодействии с рекламой и диагностику для показа и измерения рекламы: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Где это требуется (например, в ЕЭЗ и Великобритании) перед показом рекламы запрашивается согласие. Рекламный идентификатор можно сбросить или удалить в настройках Android; DecoPlan Pro полностью убирает рекламу.
Покупки. DecoPlan Pro продаётся через Google Play Billing; платёжные данные обрабатывает Google, приложение получает только подтверждение активной покупки.
Дети. Приложение предназначено для взрослых, прошедших обучение дайвингу, и не адресовано лицам младше 18 лет.
Изменения публикуются по этому адресу с новой датой.
